OurPompano.com (the "Site") is a private, non-commercial endorsement website operated by Adaptable Strategy, LLC ("we," "us," "our"), a Florida limited liability company owned by Audrey Fesik. The Site is not affiliated with the City of Pompano Beach or any government agency. The mailing address for inquiries is PO Box 5051, Pompano Beach, FL 33074.
Information we collect
We collect two categories of information:
- Information you give us directly. If you fill out a form, send us a chat message, or contact us by email, you may provide your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, district of residence, and any message you send.
- Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we use cookies and similar tracking technologies to understand how visitors use the Site. This includes your IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring URL, and time spent on pages. We use this information to improve the Site and to measure the reach of our communications.

- Vote.org. Powers the voter registration and polling-place lookup tools embedded on the Site. See the Vote.org Privacy Policy.
- Google Fonts. Hosts the typefaces used on the Site. See the Google Privacy Policy.
How we use your information
We use information you provide and information we collect automatically to:
- Respond to your messages and questions
- Send you updates about candidates, elections, and civic events you have asked to receive
- Coordinate volunteer activity, if you sign up to help
- Improve the content and accessibility of the Site
- Comply with applicable law and lawful requests from authorities
Email and text-message consent (TCPA)
If you provide your phone number through a form or our chat widget, you consent to receive non-marketing text messages from us about the topic of your inquiry. We will not send you political campaign text messages, automated calls, or pre-recorded calls unless you have given separate, specific written consent to receive them. Standard message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message we send. You can opt out of email by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by emailing us at the address below.

If we learn of a security incident involving your information, we will notify affected individuals as required by Florida and federal law.
Your choices
- You may ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing us at the address below.
- You may unsubscribe from email at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email.
- You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP.
- You may ask us to correct any inaccurate information.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us so we can delete it.
Public records and Florida law
OurPompano.com is a private website, not a government agency. Information you submit through this Site is held by a private entity and is not a public record under Chapter 119, Florida Statutes. If you contact a sitting public official directly through their government email address or phone number, however, that correspondence may be subject to public records law.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page tells you when the current version took effect. We will provide notice on the Site of any material changes.
